NADA car values

Do any of you believe the NADA car values on the 450sel 6.9 to be true? There website says the retail average is 24,000 dollars. Can anybody back up that claim?

Not unrealistic, but the car would have to be very clean and rust free.  Pristine examples could be in the low $30s.  Low kms full history maybe high $30s.  AMG original.... who knows
