Double the fun 6.9's

Just a little experimenting with posting, its fairly new to me.

Recently took the opportunity to purchase a second 6.9 for parts, and it is now parked besides my Gold one in the shed. The problem I face now is that the parts car still has a few weeks rego. and is in excellent allround condition, except for a few spots of rust and the paint is rough. It drives great  and everything works. I was going to swap the diff into the gold one as its has a slight whine. This second car has documented "Lanes" history from day one and has had prominent Melbourne identities as first and second owners. I think this car is too good to be used as spare parts, but I can not justify keeping both registered and running. What to do?<a href="http://gallery.w116.org/v/show_room/IMG_0035.JPG.html?">

im alaughing my head off here in wa, not at your misfortune, but at our misfortunes!!
i recently bought a parts car too! 1 owner, full history from new...surprise surprise, after changing fuel pump/filter/cleaning tanks/spark plugs and oils - the damn thing runs pretty smoothly, the hyro pump jacks the car up quicker than my shiny one!  mines registered till november though...i even drove mine up the freeway and back last night (see posting under high revving 6.9, i am an idiot) without great incident...rego here in WA is about 560 bucks from memory...but then if its registered, may as well have 3rd party insurance, which i was quoted at 240 bucks from shannons...anyhow, i wish you well with your decision!
