My 450sel developed a slight clunck in the front that you can feel thru the steering wheel. I noticed that the driver side was 1.5in lower than the passenger side. Measured from the bumper to the ground. Since the shocks were never replaced I replaced the shocks all 4. It returned the car to level but didnt help the clunck. That was a month ago and the clunck is getting worse I:E feeling it on smaller bumps. I had it in at my mechanic this sping after winter storage for a rough idle problem and the wires were toast but he noticed the drive shaft bushings were bad as when going into gear the was a clunck. That clunck gone. So my question is are there other suspention bushings in the front I should look for before I take it back to the garage?
