Coil spring question for a 78 280SE

I replaced the front coil springs on my 78 280SE and have suffered a loss of height on the front end by nearly 5", my mechanic inserted lifts to bring the height up and I have had her that way for some time.  I do want to purchase the correct springs this time around but am hoping somebody can identify the coil count and or the height of front W116 springs for me.

You can't tell much from the coil count - they come in nominally similar appearances with different stiffnesses.  They are marked with a part number.  I will check some of the spares I have lying around.
