Carb Linkage

I'm looking for a piece of linkage that is a rubber sandwiched bracket the sits between the accelerator linkage, carb and transmission down shift rod.  I believe the part number is A1100701321.

Watched one on eBay for weeks, waited to long.

Have you checked with Mercedes?  The part number has been superseded to 110-070-13-21-64.
