280S M110-922 Ignition Wires

I'm trying to find a good set of ignition wires for my Euro 1978-280S with M110-922 engine. I checked the EPC and noticed that there is a specific part number for the wires, plugs and caps. I did some Google search and found different part numbers for various ignition wire kits which made me confused. As much as I know all W116 models (V6-V8) use non resistor spark plugs and resistor ignition wires(plugs) so my question is, is there any difference between these products found on the Internet? By the way may I have your idea about the below products? Thanks in advance.

Any idea regarding the Denso Iridium Power Spark Plug IW16? NGK BP6ES is a bit hard to find and expensive.
As for the ignition wires I might go with KARLYN-STI. They are cheaper than NGK and made with Bremi boots.
I'd much appreciate your idea about my choices. Thanks.
