Found a part on car I didnt know was even there.  I'm doing body work on the cowl below the windshield and inside where the wiper mechanism is located there is a plastic water channel on the right side. It is attached with 3 screws and double sided foam tape. I look it up in EPC and it shows a left side part number but not found in intergalactic searches. I wonder if they ever installed on left side. You would have to remove the grill and screen to see it.

Anyone ever seen a left sided one?

Interesting, I don't think I ever noticed it on mine.  Maybe it's only on one side due to the sweep direction of the wipers?

Perhaps the left side one is used on right hand drive cars.  The drain trough may be deflecting water from the blower motor resistor that lives in the cowl.  I suspect the resistor is on the left side of RHD cars.
