Repairing tear in leather near window

My 6.9 has a blue interior. It looks like the driver's left arm rubbed against the window sill and caused some tearing in the material. A previous owner glued it all together and I worry it may not last. It also doesn't look very good.

Where should I look to repair that?

You could try one of those vinyl repair kits.  You would probably need to redye it though.  Might be better to find another one on ebay.

Might be best off sourcing a good used door card.  You're in luck with the colour, blue interior was very popular.

Thanks for the suggestions. Are door cards in the 6.9 the same as other models?

On the US model with leather seats the door cards are all vinyl finished. I think on the Euro models with velour seats the inlays for the door cards are also velour but I'm happy to be corrected by more learned members ;D

See my recent post about door cards. Apparently 280's have diffent ones. The inserts always match the seat material.
