Driver's seat repair

It's quite a production. The manual says just take out 4 screws. If figured I'd be done in an hour. ha ha Two days later and I'm almost done.
I'm pretty handy, but I've never done this before and I also don't know a thing about upholstery.

I read/viewed posts and pics on this site which helped a lot, but it seems like some older posts are blitzed out or deleted. Luckily I have 2 donor seats to work with and that's how I reverse engineered everything.  When I'm done I'll have new cover, pad and fresh spring.

Here are a couple of pics. You can see the hog ring attachment and the where the spring broke in a couple spots.  I'll have a bunch parts left over too.
