Color of tail light blinkers?

I have a 1975 450 SE US-version with yellow/orange front and tail blinkers.

Does that mean my blinkers are in fact EURO-version ... since US-tail light blinkers are red? Is that correct?

Background: I need to find a new/used right tail light lens ... and I need one with yellow blinker.

here are three pics of the rear right tail lens ... with orange blinker.

Also, please see the number engraved in the lens (SAE STIAR P 2 A 73). Probably a standard and/or certificate of some sort?
