Listen up all UK Members of the Mercedes Benz Club...

IMO it is very important for as many W116's to be on display at Brooklands on June 17th as possible.
I reckon most UK Forum members are also members of the UK Mercedes-Benz Club, so it shouldn't be too hard to arrange - after all we  got 5/6 cars together for the meeting on March 3rd, and you'll get an opportunity to drive around the Mercedes Brooklands handling circuit...

For those of you who don't read "The Gazette" cover-to-cover you need to apply to catherine.barlow@mercedes-benz-club.co.uk for an entry form in advance. M-B Club members who belong to the M-B Club Forum should sign up there as well.

The new W116 Section Leader is getting a little worried that so few people have signed up so far!

That's unfortunate. I believe Gavin is also out of the country in June

It is unfortunate, but I shall be away. I was really looking forward to the event too! Perhaps next year.  Work is still ongoing on the house, but once it's finished, I hope to try organise another 116 day. Keep us posted about the event, I look forward to the write-up.
