Hi all,
I'm back home and wishing the day lasted longer. A wonderful social day, incredibly I can't remember talking much about 116's at all apart from the 10 minutes crammed in at the end.

Thanks Mforcer for initiating the day and to Brian and Styria for making it happen, plus each vehicles' respective entourage. Great company! Cartalk aside even socialising was cut short. Looking forward to doing it again.
At one stage a fifth 116 started following Styria and I thru Bowral and could be seen trying to glimpse past my wife's Ford Terri' to see us. It was white with a similarly painted rad grill to mine but with only the single vertical chrome strip intact. It turned off as we left Bowral and thru my mirror I saw the biggest brightest chrome rims I've ever seen on a 116. I doubt there was room for rubber

I better stop before I offend the owner. It wasn't you John Skene was it

I think not.
BTW John, lunch was at the pub. The food, surrounds, service, the locale... not a gripe to share and still so much to see around the Valley. Well worth a visit!! We'll be doing it again one weekend to explore the area in more depth.
