On a humourous note;  I thought to myself, we could do a commemorative badge next year that would have more appeal.

25 years since the first W116 was built 1973-2008 ::)

I thought my car was 30 years old this year :P

Exactly!! My arithmetic is none too good. :D

I especially like G and T but I think they are all very nice and would be happy to wear any of these on my 6.9

Oscar, you last blend of H and T is really nice.  But that could be because H and T were my two votes, and I wouldn't want to pick between them.

Has everyone that is interested in a badge voted yet? Does everyone realise that they can change their vote at any time depending on the influence of others? ;)

Hey guys!!!

We reached 25.

Thought I'd ask a few friends what they thought -

Fonz?

EYHHHH!!!

Tigger?

Mav'?

How about you Arnie?

A-r-m   egzyted!

So there you have it.  Everyone's happy ;D ;D ;D.  3 days to go.  Still waiting to hear back from Arnie. (not schwarznegger). Arnie Brown, the badgemaker. ;)  Will let you lot know what I know when I know it.

*****Remember, top badges (most likely T, H and S go into a poll for one week with top pick being the winner.  We have time, and I said this in the original post for the poll.  One more poll wont hurt.

Do we need a second poll with the preferred two badges? Or is T 'it' :)

Hi guys,
Sorry I didn't get back to you sooner.

Shall we just say T and be done with it??

Would anyone object?

No, I don't think we should! The idea was to do it in two rounds and I we should stick with that.

Anything else changing the rules on the fly (which only governments are allowed to do) and it means all those who voted for something other than the top 2 or 3 are ignored, I believe they should have a say in the final choice.

If my counting is correct 48 people voted, 33 of them voted for something other than T.

You're right koan. Should stick to original plan.  H S and T are three different badges and I've put them up in this new poll.  http://forum.w116.org/the-org/final-poll-grill-badge/0/

My apologies to anyone who felt the same, I was getting lazy there for a moment after reading all the posts I'd missed whilst I was away, plus wanting to do some wrenching thru the night, which I did and now I'm buggered.   :)
