Well had the 25th locked in, so looks like I will be doing a solo run?

the following week the good wife has us booked for a bit of northern exposure (Port Douglas) for as few weeks.

Hello Mark!

I'm around, but admit I logged in today after some months out of action.  I'm always up for a GTG!  I've been swamped this year, sadly for the wrong reasons, dealing with Mum and Dad's estate which has been work in progress for the last 18 months has left me somewhat time poor, plus, work in the factory has gone nuts and my car hobby has at least for the time being, taken a back seat.

How abut we head back to Nick's in Sunbury?   I also like the idea of a picnic at Hanging Rock, but it's gonna be cold!

Or a trip to the Bellarine to visit RobertD ?

Gentlemen, I have communicated with Nick and he's up for it.  Only issue is that I note from his FB page he's suffered a family bereavement as of last week.  I propose we leave him alone for a few weeks and revisit the proposal next month (At least to go to Nick's restaurant).  I am up for a local GTG earlier provided it's a decent day, i.e sunny!  I'm tired of this cold

Looks like it'll be more of a Spring GTG now!  Should we just set a date in November and hope most of us are free?  Sounds like a Sunday would be the best day of the week.

Was speaking with RobertD yesterday about a GTG, he has an idea, I'll let him expand on that!

Nick, haven't forgotten about you, just been swamped in work.

After a challenging 6 months engaged in building our new home we had carpets laid yesterday and will be moving in next Saturday.
Completed on time and within budget, just.

So finally have time to attend matters 116.  ( have two projects waiting patiently in the shed)

I would be happy to put on a House/SHED warming BBQ on Sunday 19th November,

We can catch up for morning coffee, talk shop then arrange a short rally around the Bellarine Peninsula say from Portarlington to Queenscliff and finish up at 116 headquarters in St Leonards for a BBQ lunch.

Lets just do it.

Mid year, no this is the Christmas GTG

Reminder this coming Sunday 19th Nov

Meet at the Bungalow cafe main st Drysdale for morning coffee at say 10am

then we can cruise the Bellarine with lunch provided at 116 headquarters at St Leonards

no need to bring anything unless you intend to drink.

lets have a final roll call for the cook
