Hi folks, its on again and fingers crossed the weather will be good but will leave that to El Nino/Nina to sort out for the Indian Ocean region. From previous experience searching for this event the web advertising has been lame but it is certainly getting a flogging this year with the search engine lighting up with the 2016 event, before you just got all the previous ones  :-\

Info from the club webpages:
Sunday, March 20 2016 Meeting at the Queens Garden carpark, Nelson Crescent, East Perth, by 8:00am. (https://www.facebook.com/events/926827514038787/)

Following the roaring success of last year's event, German Car Day is back in 2016, bigger and better than ever. Featuring German food, German-themed music and of course plenty of fantastic German vehicles, this event will not disappoint.

Proudly hosted by the Mercedes-Benz Car Club of WA (Inc.), this charity event aims to promote all German marques, including BMW, Porsche, Audi, Volkwagen and Mercedes-Benz.

Participants should meet at the Queens Gardens car park, on the corner of Nelson Crescent and Plain Street in East Perth, by 9:00am. Entry is $10 per vehicle, payable at the start, and will include route instructions and a pass for your car to enter the vehicle display at the final destination. Any vehicle arriving at the destination without a pass will be charged a $10 entry fee. We plan to make this year's event bigger and better than the already outstanding 2015 installment. With German food, German stalls and German entertainment, it's sure to be a great day out.

The meeting place will be the car park on Nelson Crescent, East Perth. Attendees will be required to arrive before 9am and pay the entry fee of $10 and in return receive directions for the cruise to the destination.

Keep an eye on this space http://mwa.mercedes-benz-clubs.com/events/events-cal/ for further updates, including the location of the destination.

Checked the Diary and looking good  :) just keep on eye on the start time as there is 8AM and 9AM quoted but thinking this means start getting to launchpad by 8AM for the order of 'ThunderMercs are go FAB' to be given which will launch at 9AM.
