WGB,
despite receiving the club bulletin and checking their website, there is no mention of where the show and shine event for sunday is?
chris flamer is an absolute champ - glad to see him at the helm rather than someone with no interest in mercs but interest only in a subsidised trip to germany (whose angry? ;))

sounds like another last minute organised gathering so start buffing the 6.9 TJ!

I've got more cleaning to do, as well as possible dent removal. The neighbourhood kids decided to walk all over my 6.9. >:(

Admittedly, I also stood on the bonnet when MT was here as well.  8)

WTF, little a- holes. let MT sleep in the car, he would manage these blokes appropriately when he catches them
i do have a gold bonnet at dads i think. maybe a quick and nasty paintjob would be a better option.

I found it rather amusing, that I of 100kgs+ was able to maneuver across the bonnet without so much as a dent when fitting the windscreen, and stick figure Timmy caved it in on the first move  8)

My main concern was the roof, but that's all fine. Yes, there's an additional dent in the bonnet from me though.

Anyway, a replacement bonnet is certainly needed but it's not urgent.

Sounds good Motec. Weren't you needing a bonnet for the red 6.9, Nathan?

I am happy to have a drive and meet or go to the show and shine - whatever.

If no WA 116 activity I might start rebuilding my braking system so won't be going anywhere.

There's no problem with myself attending any sort of event at this stage.

I'm out for Sunday - "She who must be obeyed" has summonsed me to a luncheon on Sunday.

I was "unsummonsed" this morning as she had her weeks mixed up and it's next Sunday not tomorrow.
