For the 50th anniversary of the 116, I got in touch with a bunch of local 116 drivers to attend the annual Mercedes club event. I had the names of about 25 drivers, but its intesting how time takes its toll on these cars. Many are 'temporarily' off the road. I got 13 cars in the end, including some id never seen before. The dealer brought down a current S class and a new EQS (boy are they expensive!). The weather in the morning was dark and pretty average, but the sun came out and subsequently gave me sunburn!
