I saw this on ebay and was wondering what exactly it is:

1980 Mercedes-Benz 400-Series NO RESERVE !
1979 450 SEL "Spinne Blaue"

Big_Richard

its a personal import 350SE that was complianced to American standards.

It'd be an absolute dog of a car - not the most powerful engine in the world, let alone strangled with antiquated cats.

So someone got a little carried away with the 450 SEL badges and 6.9. Jeez!

that rolling road block will be giving a bad reputation to genuine 6.9's ;)

I like the workshop receipt:

"replace 4 ignition coils and all spark plugs"

factory coil on plug ignition on a K-jet 350, righteo ;)

If I ever get another 116 or a 107 I'm def putting those CLK wheels on it. They seem to fit time wise despite the size.

1994 W124 E320 Coupe - Gone

CURRENT - 1974 450SEL

Receipt that's for the 4 coils in plugs shows Dodge PU in the window...

What a scammer - tried to market something that wasn't. I'll bet the rims are a new addition, as is the badging...
