For those who don't speak the language - the video is about how untrustworthy roadworthiness tests made by TÜV and, especially, DEKRA were back in the 80s. That W116 had its sills repaired using pop-rivets, instead of welds, and the rear subframe was completely rusted out and covered up with "schutz". The other cars had many more issues, with the red Golf almost sandwiching under its own weight on the lift. Still, most got their certs (except for the blue BMW I think).

That W116 could have been at most 13 years old at that point (seems to be ~1985 when this was shot). Quite shocking it would rot this bad.
