Title: Touch-Up Paint
Post by: 90077merc on 12 September 2021, 04:29 PM
I am going to respray Bertina-the-116's hubcaps and after doing some research I've landed on this:

Very excited! Also I bought a Rupes polisher. Nuts!

Ive used their paint a few times and it works very well.  Their spray paint does indeed make a very smooth and fine pattern and finish.

3m buffing compounds will work well with your polisher. Make sure to get the correct pads for each level of finishing. Lots of micro loop towels for wiping afterwards.

Got it. I have Jescar correcting compound for a meguires microfiber pad and sonax paste for a Rupes yellow foam pad.
