That cheap blue 450SE in Sydney for $2490 - is it any good?

Hi W116 community, driving my RX7 daily just plain annoys me so I'm after another V8 W116...

Some of you Sydney-siders might have seen this one advertised:

Ok so its cheap, I expect mainly due to the high mileage... 364,000+ km, but it looks OK, and I'm not expecting perfection (or even close to it) for two and a half thousand bucks...  A well maintained M117 450 engine should still be OK at this mileage???

If anyone here has gone to see it can you tell me what its like?  I have a business trip to sydney in a few weeks, which makes driving this one back to Melbourne a distinct possibility. 

What do you all think?

Oh yeah, you can just about guarantee that. Heck, it's not even mid-way through it's potential life span. 

I know it's a different engine, but my 280 has done 540,000+ kms and it has no  tired signs whatsoever, never having been rebuilt either. I would expect the 450 would be easily on par in quality.....it's MB

Ah bugger - its sold.  Someone, besides me, obviously thinks its worth the low price.
