So after somehow finding a NOS Dutch '75 6.9 Owners Manual and a NOS Dutch '75 6.9 maintenance booklet I've started to think, what else should be included in the booklet? I know that we should have a manual for the radio, but I don't know what else.

So my question is what should be included in the booklet for a '75 euro w116?

It's A1085840347, and NLA.
There may be some reproductions on eBay.

I think I'm right in assuming your vehicle is a D-Jetronic. It will therefore have the old style manual, which is turquoise and white just like the 6.9 one you have. The blue owner's manual is for the K-Jetronics, but I may be slightly wrong here (please do correct me). Also not sure what was included in a D-Jet owner's pack. I have found eBay quite useful here, often you will see a complete pack from a vehicle for sale which should give you a better idea.

I photographed the D-Jetronic manual, so for the time being until eBay yield's you your own (be aware however that the binding often falls apart), here's the link:

Hope this helps.

Ptashek: Thanks for the photo. Your manuals look different to what we have, probably because yours is a "facelift" car (speaker on dash instead of under dash etc)but it may be still usefull. Could you give me the part # of the yellow/orange card bottom right and the cruisecontrol part # ?

Gavin: Our 6.9 is  K-Jetronic car (they all are). I'll check E-bay, thanks for the tip.

UK (or maybe all RHD markets?) cars never got the facelift, unlike other models. My speakers are under the dash :)
I'll post the part numbers later today, provided they're still there.

My UK-market '76 with K-Jet came with the older-style books, so I'm guessing that the books were probably updated for the '77 model year at least - this was when the keys, door lock pull-knobs, steering wheel rim thickness, and lots of other stuff was updated.
