I remember seeing this car in the STAR in the early 1990's. I never saw it in person though. It's sad to see all of these nice examples end up in Europe. I find it really hard to believe that even in Europe it sold for 70,000 Euros. I looked at the rest of what they are selling and have sold. ......I'm not impressed. I see a lot of cheap and incorrect restorations having been done, and a lot of short cuts taken. I guess there is a buyer for everything regardless of condition.

also doesn't have headlight wipers? in Australia they were standard, was this not the case in Europe on 6.9s?
Yes it was standard in Europe, but this car appears to be an export version for the North American market. Look at the speedometer.
You can also recognize it by the type plate on the B-pillar, the button of the parking brake and the warning light "fasten seatbelts".
The more examples like this that I see the better it makes me feel about my car. Especially since I got my hands on a chin spoiler. ;D
