That's the first time I've ever seen a long wheelbase W116 with manual windows in back, though the regulators would be the same as the short wheelbase. It looks like they added power windows to the front at some point? Maybe someone was making a 6.9 clone. Still, how you do not know there is no HPF suspension?
Even if the 6.9 emblem on the trunk is superfluous, it at least has some goodies like orthopedic front seats, rear headrests, heated seats, and... no air conditioning.
