This is my second 280s i have had since moving here a few years ago. Im still amazed to find rust free examples after years of living in the UK. This one a white 1975 model . I wanted as basic amodel as possible as will be doing any work myself so no electric windows etc.
On the road the w116 is an impressive car with good handling for its size. Also here people tend to get out of you way on the freeway maybe scared that my brakes not work but the do move.
Driver4 seat is worn badly so if anyone knows of a cheap upholsterer in Joburg please let me know.
