It's the German ebay Kleinanzeigen, seperate from ebay.
Is it me, or does it look like there has been a W116 car-dumping wave in Germany, and after quite a few dry-ish years there, W116 parts seem to be available in abundance now, and at a lot of OK prices. I also found there is a new trove of NOS parts there, too much to mention. Most of them are listed with a part number as well as with a German description.
Sure, there's language and shipping, but that need not stop nobody from checking it out,  when interested or otherwise cornered..

Thank you for the "Heads-up". Very interesting shop. Euro headlights at fair prices.

I don't think that I have ever seen so many 116 parts for sale, including a complete vacuum locking system. The ebay 116 site here has almost completely dried up and mostly packed with generic items not specifically 116.

I looked yesterday and there was a near perfect euro hazard warning switch.  Of course it was gone today when I went to buy it :(

No, besides having bought that NOS engine, there's been 0 movement in 10 months.. Still haven't found anyone to re-assemble the car with NOS parts.

BTW.. another source that's back : Quoka.de.
Lots of W116 parts there now, vs 2 years ago. (-when I stopped buying everything)

Just keep looking.. I have left about a dozen behind for others to find, and that was at the end of the drought. There must be many more now, NOS and 2nd hand. These are actually so abundant, that people may not even bother list them anymore, so cold-calling volume-sellers should be most effective.
Maybe try and find a second keyword?
