Difficulty decoding VIN

I am looking at a W116 it is a European market car. The VIN is 11602812038164.
If anyone on this forum could decode it for me I would appreciate it.
I have tried various decoding sites with no luck. I have also search posts on this topic on this site.

116.028 = 350SE
12 = left-hand drive (1), automatic (2)

038164 = sequential body number (the 6.9 had a separate sequence)

That's all there is in the W116 chassis number.
