Auxillary Fuel Tank in the boot

Noticed this car on EBAY; Anyone know if this additional Tank in the boot (believe its about 60litres) was a MB option?

I hope I'll post soon a picture of my "Auxiliary Fuel Tank in the boot" 
It's 60 litres of propane (LPG). 
That's because 280se is my daily driver and I preffer 18 litres of LPG / 100 km (0.5 Eur / litre) instead of 16 petrol (1.2 Eur / litre) and I drive in the city mostly with traffic jams all the time
