Stan, at 4:27 it shows what looks to be a Te Ka Da phone, as well as the outdoor temperature indicator mounted in the console with the chrome bezel around it.

At 1.53 there's a phone visible, and the 80-0-80 Amperemeter. But it is strongly raised bezel, and the panel is weird.. There are 2 Teutonic switches there as well. If I am not mistaken, this is not an AMG, but a special edition W116, mountain rescue or fire department issue.
Any better comments available?

The 500SEC engine W116 story is new to me. The 4.03 photo that they use is the interior of a special edition W116 indeed, belonging to a former Benz top guy who had prototype options factory installed, electric front seats, if I remember well, and a system to relax the seat belt pressure. (not a seat belt blocker)  I do not recall that car having a 500sec engine, though.
