A small milestone at Christmas

I brought my car out for a spin this morning, since the sun was shining and I had a few presents to deliver. I had also had a sticking accelerator and squealing fanbelt that I had spent some time working on, so I wanted to see if there was an improvement. There wasn't!
Bloody fanbelt is like a speed limiter: it only starts if I go over 75mph, or 2800rpm or so. Mind you, it doesn't seem to do it when revved while stationary. I might have another go tomorrow.

I just noticed in time that it was turning over 120k. Nothing major, in the great scheme of things, but at least she is out and about.

A very happy Christmas to everyone. Thank you for all your interesting and informative posts this year, and helping enthusiasts like myself enjoy these wonderful cars on lovely days like today.
