6.9 in Pertg with wire wheels

Hi guys i was filling up at the servo today and a dark blue 6.9 pulled into the servo fitted with what looked like 18inch wire wheels and a sports exhaust looked nice

Hi guys it looked like it had a good paint job and sounded nice the wheels looked like daytons i would have spoken to the owner but i had to leave after filling up as i had company in my car . Ps it had wa rego

i believe this is the one you mention, except it now has the wire wheels. ive seen it with the wheels a while back.
i first saw it when looking for a 6.9 in about 2000. it was an absolute POS and then teh seller must have had some sort of mental reversal and put in some effort. nto sure if its teh same owner, he was trying to sell it for several years at an unreasonable price!

That was back in the day... I don't believe I have seen that car in at an event that I know of.
