1980 450SEL - Saying Goodbye...

Hello everyone,

It has been a while since my last participation in this great Forum.

The last year and particularly the past 6 months have been difficult. My mother fell ill at the end of 2014 and after 6 months in and out of the hospital she passed away on May 21st right after turning 77 on 5/19.

Expenses have been piling up and business in general here in Brazil is not doing too well so the time has come to make a decision and sell the 1980 450SEL that lives in Los Angeles.

I will post an ad in the appropriate section and hope one of our members ends up with the car.

It has been with me since 1999 and it is not going to be easy to say goodbye to my old friend, but that's life and one must adapt and move on...

I have a nice 78 450SEL here in Sao Paulo Brazil but it doesn't make sense to keep a car in LA anymore.
