pics in post

Can someone tell me how to place a picture/s into a post?

I've tried the insert image button and all I get is

There is no option to attach that I can see....

Well there's your problem    Kidding hi ho I loose mac v's pc arguements.

Where about's is this picture your trying to show?  Is it on your mac or uploaded to a gallery somewhere?

If it's on your mac then you have to upload it first to an offsite or rather, online image hosting service like photobucket, imageshack, flickr, picasa etc - just google any one then sign up and it becomes self explanatory.  You copy and drag the 'code' from the 'forum' section and paste it into the post and you shouldn't have to use the 'image' button on the left.  The 'code' will already have the 'img' tags.   Or you can use the website's own gallery http://gallery.w116.org/  Still a bit involed too.  If you've never used offsite galleries it can be a bit daunting but easy once you get the hang of it.

If it's already uploaded somewhere then I don't know what's happened.  The image's properties comes up as (http:///) which means there's no code in between the image tags.
