Hi Admin, some time ago when using another device I could not recall password so followed instructions to reset and never received reset email. Good news is I had saved on smartphone so all good there but when using the phone to reset to complete transactions I had to enter password since forgotten :/
Any chance you could email to me the reset option?

PS: should be the HOTMAIL email unless I used another one but pretty sure it's ok as my PMs reach me.
