wing nuts

How many wing nuts 000315 006004 are used to hold the air cleaner on?  EPC says 2 for my car #1951, but there are 3 places I see in some pictures on the web, one on top and one for each of the two rubber buffers.   A lot just use one on top and nuts on the buffers.  maybe they lost their wing nuts?   What say ye? and do any of you have the spring washer under it?  000137 006204

Yup 3 for sure. One for air cleaner and one side each for the rubber mounts on the valve covers.
