Harv I figured it out. I am retarded, one was the front and one was the rear.

That explains it. Please be prepared on this job. It is a nightmare. Glass shop broke my original windshield trying to do it.

I found a pro that's done it on several of these cars and is actually coming over to the house to do it he said the biggest part was trying to remove the interior trim without breaking it

Yepp. Ken is a godsend for making that video. I even talked to him on the phone once or twice when trying to get my windshield mess sorted.

Only thing I can add is try and have warm ambient temperature when you do this. The components seem to have more flex and give that way.

Well I have watched that video again and I have just refitted the windshield again and the trim still does not fit round the corners. I have even tried adjusting the curve of the trim (bending) to match the curvature and this time thought I had done it, at least what I could live with, fitted it to the car and trim came out again on one top corner. I think that the next attempt is for a another distant day.
