Window wont go down

I am trying to replace the electric window regulator on my rear passenger window. Right now the window is up and I am trying to get the window to go down so I can disconnect everything. Since the motor is dead how do I manually get the window to go down?

Can you remove the motor in situ? If so the window should then come down. If not I'm not sure to be honest.

Thank you I was able to remove the motor and the window was able to come down
