Urgent! Procedure to remove door lining

I've tried to access the service manual via the library however it's not working. Could someone post up a guide on removing the door lining? I'm not able to close the drivers door at the moment because the latch or part thereof seems to have broken. TIA

the most important thing is to remember to life the lining upwards after the screws are removed. it doesnt come 'in', you have to lift it up, and then when it reaches the chrome door handle inside, pull it 'in' a little bit and continue up.  the hooks of the lining face down and will snap off if you just try and pull it inwards towards the interior of the car.
