Speedometer Cable

Just finished my steering coupler replacement.

The Speedo cable just died though. The connector at the end of the connector has separated from the internal cable itself.

My queries.

1. Where and what is the best cable to buy? (What is the part number? And is there any difference between manual and auto versions?)
2. How do I install / does anyone have a set of steps? Where does it plug into? What do I remove?

I'll elaborate.

On the EPC, it is part number 562.

Of which there are 4 lengths. My car is RHD- Auto. There are two RHD ones, one long one short. Which of these?
