Looking at Xentry, all W116 seatbelt part numbers (for my 1979 at least) are shared with the W123. I'd look there.

Not sure about Magyar, but I have been! Youtube seems to have removed my childish and offensive account name and replaced it with gobbledegook, oh well. I got my headrests installed but never got the storage holes figured out, so I keep them on the floor when not in use. I'm still chasing down those 3rd row pivot parts. I'd appreciate any help you can give me.

if its a '75 or earlier its a guess at best but the rear belt buckle didn't fit my '75 450 W116 english import.

To amplify on this, there seem to be a great many seat belt variations whereby insert A doesn't work with buckle B etc etc.  I've got about 4 sets of set belts, none of which are compatible with one another. I don't know if this is captured in the part numbers.  Regardless, make sure the reel side works with the buckle side.  Better yet, don't replace piecemeal, just replace the whole thing.  Cheers,

You can always have the old ones rebuilt. There are many such companies that do this for @$
75 each.
