My low beam headlight is out. When I switch it to highbeams it comes on, so I think I should replace it. It is a GE light. I'm afraid anything I will replace it with will not match the color temp of the other lights. Help?
Replace both low beam headlamps and keep the good used one as an emergency spare.
Once one low beam burns out the other is soon to follow.
The new ones will match each other at the high and low settings.
It is okay if all four high beams don't match each other, so long as the paired inner high beams match and the paired outer high beams match.
Good time to upgrade to an H4 setup. Those old seal beam lights are downright dangerous at night :o You can get plug in harnesses to handle the H4 system, then of course upgrade the bulbs as well, makes a huge difference.

Thanks, Alec. That's a decent approach. How's the Bay Area?
