RHD headlight lenses

Hi

To get my car through its UK MOT (roadworthiness test) which is a condition of driving it legally here, I need the headlights to be suitable for driving on the left (i.e. RHD).  I understand that this involves changing the lenses.  Does anyone have a pair of RHD lenses for a 6.9 (I guess they are the same for any W116) or know a source?  All the places I have looked so far say they are NLA.  I'm happy to swap my LHD lenses plus cash.
