Hi, is there any way to elegantly press the tin cases? Is there a tool for this or do I have to use a hammer. I have doubts about the sealing of the joint.

Greetings!  There is a special mandrel for tight rolling

I think there is also an insanely expensive and likely NLA Benz tool for this jobby.

I looked up the part number.  Benz calls it "Beading tool for closing protective sleeve":
115 589 36 63 00

In true Benz fashion, of course there is also "Cutting tool for opening protective sleeve":
115 589 40 63 00

I made myself an analogue of this original device.

Hi, any chance that you still have the drawings for this tool?
