Aren't they the yellow ones for the 350? That's a very good price reconditioned ones here go for several times that. The manual I have does give some tips on cleaning and reconditioning.

I don't have a manual, would it be possible to send me a copy of the page that talks about that??

Yep I think the yellow ones are for the 350, and the green ones are for the 280.
Not sure what colour the 450's are.
Talking D Jet.

I will have a look. It mostly refers to a service kit - don't know if is still available I will have a look for a part number. Seems to be mostly about changing the hoses. It would seem that the length is critical as it varies between models. Also ditto for the fuel ring.

I used this guy to clean my d jet injectors. Worth it, I had to reduce the fuel pressure afterwards  ;)

The repair kit part no is 001 588 00 07 but don't know what it comprises. Think it is about replacing the injector hoses for which you need Clamping device/assembly mandrel 116 589 07 31 00. You should get the Bosch reprint of their D-Jet manual available from partbob.com. It is quite inexpensive but really worth having. Has really good schematics of the system with each component explained plus testing, troubleshooting and more. If you PM me an email address I can let you have a pdf of a Mercedes manual which give lots of info etc.

Hi, in Victoria Australia, anyone got a good injector man that I can take my car to to get sorted, hot idles rough and is missing every now and again down low, thanks for any assistance

Hi als450... does your 450 have D-Jetronic electronic injection, or the later K-Jet?

I'd be looking at the idle/air situation first for hot idle issues. It should be idling up around the 750rpm mark when fully warmed up and in Park.

For K-Jet, you can actually buy injectors from Supercheap Auto.

it's a D jet TJ, idles not bad in neutral but nearly gets the stalls when in gear at lights from time to time, and now a slight miss down low, just had the timing chain and a few other bits and pieces done, having had that i wouldn't have thought it would be timing, thanks for the reply
