Part number for harness cable ties?

Hi guys

Looking for the part number for the cable ties which you can reuse, mostly they are used to tie harnesses to the body.  I always end up breaking the bloody things :o  I guess there must be a trick to get them to release but I guess I am just too impatient and end up snapping them.

The EPC shows the regular cable ties, but not these weird reusable ones.

I guess they are likely NLA but any help appreciated.

Cheers

they are available but I had no real way of figuring out which bloody length they were so I just ended up buying about 5 of multiple lengths!  the 6.9 bay ones are a problem as the damn engine is so big and hot it makes them brittle. ill try and dig up some pics when I did engine bay

I have some part numbers but dont know which is which.

114-997-05-90 - this "may" be the one that has the plug into hole thing on it. They are $4.81 each so I think they may be it.

901-997-01-90  may be cable strap 4.6x190 mm

Then there is this, but dont know if it will help

I have a box of good used ones if you are desperate.

I've been using https://nemigaparts.com/cat_spares/epc/mercedes/1/fg/  but recently all the pictures went away.

For future reference:

I found 0019974190 that is 10cm long, just the tie.

0019974290 is 120mm long and has the push pin to mount in metal hole.   NLA but there are vendors on ebay selling them. (probably aftermarket but they look correct.)

I went through this with engine bay cleanup.  My removal success rate seems to be about 50%.  Depends on how close to the engine and hence how baked they are.  I've had good results using just plain pliers.  Grab the tab and gently bend slightly back away from the free end.  The ratchet will be released and the free end can be pushed out.  Often the tab just snaps off cause it's too embrittled, but then the whole thing is beyond reuse anyway.

I redid all mine and have a box of spares.  They seem to exist in many lengths.  Post a pic of what you're looking for + the length and I'll see if I have it.  Cheers,

Alrighty, I got some off of amazon actually, worked nicely.  They do fit very tightly in the body cavity though, but I guess that is a good thing.

Here are the 2 ones I got:

114 997 02 90, total length @ approx 16mm:

https://www.amazon.ca/gp/product/B01LY8WQKU/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o04_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

001 997 42 90, total length approx 12mm:

https://www.amazon.ca/gp/product/B01M1I3RDH/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o04_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

I would say the 12mm ones are a good middle of the road option.  If you have  large amount of cables to grab, or a large loom with some loose cables then I would say the 16mm is a better bet.

The first ones I got:

114 997 01 90 are approx 8mm and not really a good option unless you are just grabbing a few small cables.
