Title: Mercedes 6.9: Difference between suspension front struts LH/RH?

Can anyone tell what's the difference between the two 6.9 front suspension struts?
I see they are listed with two different part numbers, 1263202113 and 1263202213.

They have a LHS and RHS variation due to the main hose fitting orientation.

Thanks, so that means they are definitely not interchangeable?

The main difference is th relative orientation of the top mount and the pressure hose connection.  You can loosen the top mount and rotate it.

Perhaps a silly question: If you loosen the top mount and then rotate it, wouldn't the top mount then become loose, when it's in the new orientation?
