Title: M110 Oil Pump Removal
Post by: TJ 450 on 26 September 2012, 07:08 AM
Here's an interesting one, and I'm hoping you may have the answer S Class.

I've already removed the pistons, which are Aus versions unfortunately but will be kept. I already have two Euros anyway. 8)

I need to remove the oil pump from the engine I'm dismantling. It's the one with the three bolts. All bolts have been removed and it isn't moving at all.

The manual makes no mention of removing anything else, but I have a feeling it has to do with the drive mechanism/shaft/cam.

10 years later and I'm facing the same issue. I managed a few rotation but there is no way for it to come down. How did you solved it?
