Question: Can I fit a M110.989 k-jet head cylinder into a M110.983 d-jet engine?

I just bought a 1973 280SE (M110.983 with d-jet). The head cylinder is cracked, and I found a good head taken off from 1983 280SE (M110.989 with k-jet), my question is...   will this head fit perfectly on my M110.983 d-jet engine? or should I have to make any modifications?
