Ignition coil problem for D-jetronic W116

My W116 280SE D-Jetronic is low on performance. I suspect the ignition coil, which has a resistance of 3.5 ohms in the primary. Would anyone know what the primary resistance of the W116 D-Jetronic ignition coil should be?

A Bosch trouble shooting guide I have for the D-jet says for lack of power:

Defective MPV sensor
Fuel Pressure to low
Restricted air throttle valve or full load contact does not close
