I am going to change my coolant, and im reading in the handbook about it. tomorrow im am going to get  the mb blue coolant and do this job. do i just pour it into the tank by the radiator, since i don't have an expansion tank? about 4cm below the cap?

I think the coolant expansion tank was one of the items which got the chop when they designed the 280S (and possibly the 280SE - can't remember, never had a lot to do with the 6cyl models).

Just fill it up all the way, as the engine warms up then level may drop as air pockets purge themselves.  Close the cap when its completely full and the next time your drive the car the radaitor will expel any coolant it doesn't need onto the road.

As a rule, only the V8s and later sixes have the high pressure cooling system with expansion tank. The M110 has the cap on the radiator as you have discovered.
